    run whatever time/pace is easy for you and slowly build up to doing more(if you want to be in shape)
    then like 6-10 minutes of abs everyday, 30minutes is very helpful
    Up-Downs every other day. 1 push-up, then 1 military press, and continue alternating those up to 10 then go back down. Then you can move the amount up, eventually starting from the high number down to 1 then back up.
