    Great video! I’ve never done this exact workout, but it looks like the kickback workout,but lying on a bench. Thanks for posting, and i’m going to definitely try these the next time I work my triceps!

    hey ive been fallowing ur routines n man do they work,im takin heavy weight 900,has 900 calories …i just want 2 gaiun a lil more weight buh with ur exercises man do i feel good thnx a lot,give u props

    Depending on your fitness level ,anywhere between 8 to 12 sets of triceps is more than enough. As for info on eating programs check out my metabolic burn program. I am now offering it as a download with my e-book at musclemaximization(dot)com

    Nice videos! I think it is of importance what you are showing on how the excercises are done. Slow and correct, ESPECIALLY in the excentric phase. I’ve seen SO many people literally dropping the weights down in the excentric phase of the excercise. How many sets do you recommend on the triceps
    I do a splitprogram with Chest-triceps day 1. I do 2 exc x 4 sets on the triceps. Reps12-10-8-6 so i do both volume and strength.
    You should definately make a video on your daily meals, Id love that!

    HI. IM starting to loose pounds and my arms are giggling (if that’s a word) I dont want to get bigger but to tone my triceps, how much pound should I lift witht he DB’s ?

    OMG i tried out this workout using my piano chair and it burns like hell if i stretch my triceps afterwards is it goood or bad? I use 8 pounds and im 14 just starting to use weights.

    thanks for the feedback. I actually tried this exercise earlier, and I really felt the burn towards the end of each set (12 reps). Like you said, I tried to keep my elbows up, but even that was tough during the last set…almost half my effort went towards maintaining proper form. But like I said, excellent exercise (whoever developed it).

    I usually do these with 15 or 20 lb D.B’s . Form is the key. Elbows need to be up ,s o use a weight that allows you to do that all the way through the movement.Check out musclemaximization(dot)com for more details on weight training for the natural bodybuilder.
