Need a little help with work out routines?

work out routines
i’m jus settin here asked:


Ok.. over the course of about 5 years 2 surgeries and a pretty intense car wreck, i seem to have lost my way with work outs. I have no problem with the majority of upper body my main problem is trying to get my abs back. does n e one have a solution to that. Set ups don’t really do the trick and i’m going to start running and jogging soon. anything is helpful. thanks.

    Well, the cardio is going to go a long way towards removing any excess fat from your stomach so that the muscles you have can show. Start adding one those physio balls into your routine (those gigantic “bouncy” balls that you see at the gym). There are a lot of extremely difficult ab based exercises you can do with those that’ll get your gut back into beach ready shape.
