Revealing Those Abs
For years I struggled to get a six pack, no matter what I did I just couldn’t seem to get rid of the last bit of fat around my stomach. Washboard Abs Just seemed to elude me no matter what i did.
Eventually in desperation I completly changed my diet, I cut out almost all carbs and went onto a high protein diet. This coupled with a new exercise regime which inclused lots of weights and use of a stability ball meant that within 8 weeks I’d lost the spare tyre I was carrying and I was proudly displaying a coll set of abs that had been hiding beneath all that fat.
Reading the above paragraph you may find it strange that I used a stability ball and not a weight bench when exercising. There is a good reason for this sitting on the ball when exercising means that your abdomen is costantly getting worked out keeping you balanced on the ball.
