I want to tone my thighs, so they don’t “jiggle” and i have serious love handles, and i want a spring break tummy. also arm pit flab. Ok thanks! i would appreciate actual work outs, not diet thanks.

    for the love handles…lay on your back with your knees up and swing your legs slowly from side to side as far as you can til u feel the muscles being stretched repeatedly, it’s so easy and u can do it while watching t.v. or listening to music…but the armpit flab honey i don’t know, need that exercise myself. good luck!!
